TLDR : Answer Summary
The process for obtaining a Remote Workers Visa (LTR) in Thailand requires direct application with the Board of Investment (BOI). It is important to meet the qualifications listed on their website. After an initial five-year period, re-qualification will be necessary for the second five years to complete a total of ten years on the visa. Additionally, there was a query regarding extending a 60-day visa by traveling to Cambodia, indicating common concerns about visa duration and extensions.

You apply directly with the BOI for the LTR. If you have any questions contact them directly as they make all decisions on your qualifications.

You meet the qualifications as they have listed on their website and then you can get it.

After 5 years you do the application again to re-qualify for the second half of the 10 year visa.
