What is the process and difficulty level of obtaining an LTR visa for working in Thailand?
Has anyone gone through the process of an LTR (working from Thailand) visa?
I've done my research however, would like some real opinions on how hard this is to achieve. Difficult to do? Use an agent?

If you have time try to test for couple months...if get too much of it...use agency

i did it without an agent. Everything went well except some translation issues for my tax return. It’s needs to be done and stamped by a official translation company. Make sure you work for company with the required revenue level.

Just get the checklist from their website, and go down the list and gather each piece of information.
Once you have everything, submit it through the online application.
My application seemed to stop a couple of times but a phone call to the BOI got it moving again each time.
If you have any questions ask the BOI directly as they make all the decisions on what qualifies and what doesn't, so anyone else's opinion doesn't matter.
