TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is currently on a 2-month tourist visa in Thailand and is looking for information on how to extend their visa or apply for an ED visa. Comments from other users suggest visiting the local immigration office in either Bangkok or Pattaya for a 30-day extension at a cost of 1900 THB, and recommend signing up with a school for the ED visa.

While you at the immigration office extending your visa, just ask them the same questions you asked above. You are sure to get a more definitive answer

If you wish to extend your tourist visa, you can visit the local immigration office in either Bangkok or Pattaya to apply for a 30-day visa extension, which would cost 1900THB. If you wish to stay longer than that, then ED visa might be a better option for you

Go to your local immigration office and apply for a 30 day extension. For an ED visa find a school you want to study at and sign up with them.
