TLDR : Answer Summary
The user thanks the community for their help with understanding the visa process. Their tourist visa extension is stamped for September 1, 2019, and they plan to exit Thailand to obtain a Laos visa and then apply for a multiple-entry Non-O visa based on marriage at the Thai embassy in Savannakhet on September 2, 2019. They express concern about the timing and whether exiting on the last day of the visa extension will affect their ability to successfully obtain the new visa.
