Hi I'm Irish/British citizen and dual passport holder
From exchanged emails with embassy. Irish citizens can get a 30 day extension letter. Since I stamped in on my British passport, this isn't viable for me
Given the worsening situation in UK I feel its a matter of time until Cambodia (only known option) close their borders to brits, maybe days.
What I want to know is...
Can I stamp out of Thailand on my British passport. Then stamp into Cambodia on my Irish then stamp back into Thailand on my Irish?
TLDR : Answer Summary
An Irish/British dual passport holder is inquiring whether they can exit Thailand using their British passport, enter Cambodia with their Irish passport, and then return to Thailand on their Irish passport. Responses confirm that while this is possible, it can only be done by air, not land. Additional comments emphasize the importance of COVID-19 measures, as well as recent border closures affecting entry into Cambodia.
