TLDR : Answer Summary
Recent information confirms that the Canadian Embassy in Bangkok will cease issuing income verification letters for visas in Thailand starting April 1st. This has been corroborated by personal experiences and official communication from the embassy, with appointment slots for the service already fully booked prior to the deadline.

And on that note I believe that the O/P has caught on to the fact that the embassy letter will no longer be available for Canucks after April 1

we are done, thanx one and all
