I thought most, if not all, honorary Thai consulates have closed since Covid

OPRoyal Thai Honorary Consulates in Indonesia
is on their website, you would imagine it would say closed if it was - but who knows.

OPIt has a list of countries / territories that it advises must attend in person at Jakarta, Ireland not one of them. Just a case of finding out if Denpasar is open. Annoyingly I have booked my flight out of Bali assuming I could go straight from here.

OPOK thank you Brandon, I have emailed both Bali and Jakarta to get confirmation if Denpasar (Bali) is open

Thailand has not implemented evisa in Indonesia yet. So you'll have to use whatever method the consulate you apply through uses.Steve *******
