Do I need a reservation showing my exit from Thailand for a Tourist Visa, and can I use my rental agreement as proof of accommodation?

Question: I'm living in Bangkok, in between jobs right now, so I'm here now on a visa on arrival. I am renting a condo in Bangkok (year contract). I'll be going to Kuala Lumpur next week to apply for a Tourist Visa to return to Thailand so I can apply for a new job here.

Some of the requirements for Tourist Visa are:

* copy of reservation/confirmation of transportation ticket to and from Thailand

* copy of reservation/confirmation of accommodation for the whole stay in Thailand

1. Do I indeed need to show a reservation showing that I will leave Thailand before the visa expires?

1. And would it be ok if I just showed the rental agreement of my condo?
