TLDR : Answer Summary
The Vienna embassy does not seem to have a strict requirement for the 500k funds to be held in the bank for 3 months. A final balance of 500k with 3-6 months of statements is typically acceptable. However, additional documentation may be required during the visa application process, such as proof of accommodation, a copy of the last stamp from Thailand, a criminal record, and recent payslips or invoices.

Yeah I send my visa application week ago . At this Friday they wanted more documents. I didn’t had my 500k in bank for 3 months . I even asked them before if it’s required and they said no . But they asked for additional documentation: 1. Proof of accommodation at least for 1 MONTH . 2. Copy of last stamp from Thailand . 3. Criminal record. 4. They asked for last 3 months of payslip/ invoices even tho I gave them 6 months invoices in my original application.

EU embassies tend not to have seasoning requirements for the 500k. A final balance of 500k submitted with 3-6 months of statements is acceptable.
