Does it matter how much time I have left on an SETV when I apply for a 30 day extension at Changwattana?
Also, I have never filled in a TM30. Is this likely to be a problem? (I've stayed in hotels and at my girlfriend's condo).

TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for a 30-day extension at Changwattana, the amount of time remaining on your SETV does not significantly impact the application. However, it is important to have a TM30 form filed, which should typically be done by your hotel or landlord. If you have not had this done, there is a risk of fines when applying for your extension.
2. Yes, a TM30 should be filed for you. If you are at a hotel room now, the hotel should have filed the TM30 for you. If you are in your girlfriend's Condo, she should have filed a TM30 for you. My advice is to either:
a. Expect to pay the fine when you apply for your extension.
b. Get a cheap hotel room someplace, and the next day file a TM30 when you return to your girlfriend's condo.
