Small search in this group and I found for you: Tod DanielsTod: Indian nationals BUY 15 day visas on arrival when they show up here. Part of the requirements are proof of onward travel, a hotel booking and proof of 10K baht.

As you can see in my attachment India people need the Visa on Arrival, has a period of 15 days of stay. Cost of this visa is 2.000 Thb.

On arrival the Immigration officer can always ask for: Proof of funds 20.00 Thb or equivalent in cash, proof of accommodation and proof of onward travel. The Visa Exempt Entry is free of charge.
