There’s no sigils or stamps only signatures in my employment contract (remote worker) this is a standard by the country of origin of employment.

Does it need to be notarized or translated to evade rejection?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring whether an employment contract without sigils or stamps needs to be notarized or translated to avoid rejection during a visa application process in Thailand. Comments suggest that the contract needs to be translated into English, and a certified translation is required instead of using a simple online tool.

You will need to have the employment contract translated into English. And, as I have read, a simple Google translate translation isn't acceptable. Do a search in the group for "translation" and see what you can find on that point.

Are you applying in the same country as that employment contract document comes from? If so I'm sure they would recognize a standard contract. What language is it in?
