I am a professional seafarer. My salary is paid to a ShipMoney corporate account (VISA/MasterCard issuer). Does the Consulate accept ShipMoney bank statements for DTV visa application if the balance is over 500,000 THB?"

TLDR : Answer Summary
The inquiry is about whether the Thai Consulate will accept bank statements from a ShipMoney corporate account for a DTV visa application, provided the balance exceeds 500,000 THB. Several comments highlight that simply having the money is insufficient; the applicant must also qualify based on remote work or engaging in soft power activities for a certain duration.

Just money in the bank is not enough you need to qualify for DTV either as a remote worker or undergo a soft power activity for a minimum of 6 months otherwise they will issue you a METV

You won't qualify, as you can not work your job remotely, and you aren't residing in Thailand long enough in order to take any classes long term.

That work would not be considered remote from Thailand.

Soft power still possible.
