TLDR : Answer Summary
UK passport holders do not need a visa for stays of up to 30 days in Thailand. Upon entry, be prepared to show proof of onward travel, accommodation, and financial means.

Please be aware that the day you arrive is counted as the first day of your stay.

So if you use a visa exempt entry the day you arrive will be counted as day 1 of 30.

As long as each stay in Thailand is less than 30 days you don’t need one.

Good to have proof of onward travel though.

A UK-passport holder doesn't require a visa for a stay of up to 30 days.

At entry, the immigration officer can ask for proof of onward travel, booked accommodation and proof of finances (20,000 THB in cash or equivalent).

No, not required. 🙂 Just make sure that you have the proofs - even though they most likely will not ask to see it.

Thank you. i leave Thailand after 30 days for Vietnam and I stay in Vietnam for 4 days then back to Thailand for 8 days. Do I still not need a visa? Thank you again.
