Do the Royal Thai Consulate in Frankfurt and the Royal Thai Embassy in Berlin issue Non-O-X retirement visas for German citizens over 50?

To whom it may concern (German citizens aged 50+): My recent e-mail inquiry at the Royal Thai Consulate in Frankfurt, Germany yielded an answer that they do not issue Non-O-X (retirement visa 5-10 years), only the usual 1-year retirement visa.

But the Royal Thai Embassy in Berlin does issue Non-O-X, see [[members only]).
