TLDR : Answer Summary
For individuals applying for a Non-B visa in Thailand who are not in teaching positions, a Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) is generally not required. This is specifically applicable to managerial roles, as confirmed by the evidence provided regarding the requirements outlined by the Thai Embassy.
