TLDR : Answer Summary
A traveler inquired about visa requirements for their parents visiting Phuket from Israel for an extended stay from November 17 to February 6. Responses suggested that while they can obtain a visa on arrival for 30 days, it is advisable for them to apply for a 60-day tourist visa at the Thai embassy beforehand. This tourist visa can be extended for an additional 30 days, allowing for sufficient time to complete their trip.
If you arrive without a Visa you will get stamped in for 30 days and you can extend one time for additional 30 days. That doesn't seem long enough to cover your trip, so go ahead and apply for the tourist visa from the Thai embassy in your country and with that you will get stamped in for 60 days and can then extend that for another 30 which should be enough time for your entire trip.
