Questions regarding marriage visa - I have prepared all the documents needed, just need to go to the bank the day before. Regarding the photos - someone just suggested the photos need to be actual photographs(old school), can't i just print off the photos on standard A4 paper?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The post inquires about the photo requirements for a marriage visa application in Thailand, specifically whether printed photos on standard A4 paper are acceptable. Responses clarify that real photographs, printed on photo paper, are required, and suggest using print shops near immigration offices for this purpose.

And I think the O/P has at least enough idea to decide what way they're gonna go. With OVER 80 immigration offices inside the country we're not gonna get into "at xxx they do yyy" ๐Ÿ™‚

Thanx one and all for your contributions.

Nope you can't, they want real photos printed on photo paper ๐Ÿ™‚

they don't take the color prints on A4 paper

Almost every print shop near every immigration office can do the photo printing for you though.

In Koh Samui immigration no problem if printed on A4 paper.

And at Chiang Mai Immigration they require the photos to be landscape mode.

@Durrant *******
so then you are using REAL photo paper.

That's the linchpin. (y)

I'd wager they'd decline them and send you to get them printed off if they were just color prints on A4 70gsm printer paper ๐Ÿ˜› ๐Ÿ˜‰
