I submitted my DTV application in Hanoi on Tuesday, and it is currently pending approval. I would like to know if it's okay to move to other cities while the application is processing? For example, Sapa or Da Nang?

TLDR : Answer Summary
While your DTV application is pending approval in Hanoi, it's advisable to remain in Hanoi's jurisdiction. Some users have shared experiences suggesting that moving to cities like Da Nang or Sapa could result in complications or increased scrutiny regarding your application. Staying put may help avoid risks of rejection.
I would just stay put. They really grilled me about being in Da Nang.
I would have got rejected if I didn’t stay put.
They wanted two selfies outside businesses in da Nang with my phone up to show the date, and a receipt from grab with my name on it to prove I was where I said it was. They would only accept the day they asked for the documents too. (March 12th)
Something about my application must have made them suspicious, but yeah I wouldn’t risk it.
It's best to stay within Hanoi's jurisdiction, although I've heard others going to Da Nang. Ultimately, if you stay within the country whilst they process it, that's ideal.
