Do I need to show proof of 500,000 baht in a bank account when re-entering Thailand on a DTV?

Once I leave after my first 6 months on my DTV and come back do I still need to have proof of 500,000 baht in liquid bank account again when i re enter for the next 6 months? I keep majority of my funds in an Individual Brokerage Account so that I’m gaining interest. I’d prefer not to hold that much in a standard checking or savings account.h

TLDR : Answer Summary
When re-entering Thailand after the initial 6 months on a Digital Nomad Visa (DTV), there appears to be little to no requirement for proof of 500,000 baht in a liquid bank account. Many users report that they were not asked for any financial documents during re-entry. The proof of 500,000 baht is typically a requirement for visa extensions within the country, not for entry after a visa period ends.

I don't think that's even a visa requirements. Like it just says that you need 500k when you're applying but unless my memory is wrong, there's no mention about having to keep the money available at all time. That being said I guess it depends on the agent so theory can sometimes differs from reality. But I haven't been asked for anything the two times I re/entered (workcation, they may be more strict with muay thai maybe)

Nothing was asked yesterday. Showed my print out straight through in a few minutes. (Chiang khong)

Hey, I recently came back to Thailand after my first six months with DTV. Came back through Don Mueang Immigration. The officer didn't even ask for anything. They just scanned the QR on my evisa, stamped my passport and signed. No questions or issues at all

Not seen any posts where people have been asked to show the 500k on entry. It is for an extension in-country where you need to show it.

Very very few reports of anyone being asked for proof of ANYTHING when entering again. And no one reporting being denied entry on a DTV.

so basically just be prepared with everything for the first entry and just be sure to have funds available for the next entries if needed. What about leaving the country during the 180 days? If I wanted to go to Vietnam for 4-5 days I can and just come back no problem? I’ve done a lot of research but don’t seem to get a lot of answers haha
