TLDR : Answer Summary
To obtain a re-entry permit for your 90-day non-immigrant visa in Thailand, you need to bring your passport and 1000 baht to the immigration office. It's important to return to Thailand before your 90-day stamp expires to ensure you can apply for an extension.

Just take your passport and 1000 baht. Remember you need to be BACK in the country before your 90 day stamp expires so you can apply for a yearly extension. AND remember that this re-entry permit is ONLY good for the 90 day stamp you have (meaning until the 24th of March).

That would be incorrect
@Di**
:/ That IS a 90 day Non-Immigrant Type O visa based on being over 50 (retirement) that was issued IN COUNTRY at the local immigration office. They do NOT have an extension yet.
