TLDR : Answer Summary
The user has an under consideration stamp valid until October 21 and expresses concern about not being able to obtain a new embassy letter. A commenter advises that it is not necessary to present a new embassy letter; the user can simply show up at the immigration office with their passport, and they should receive a visa extension until November 30.

IF you have an under consideration stamp you return to the immigration office on that day. You do not need a new embassy letter. You just show up with your passport. They will stamp you in until Nov 30.

so am I. Some people without them were told to come back later I think, but not quite sure. It's worth the 30 seconds of effort to get an appointment in advance
