I Uk citizen , have an application of stay under consideration up to the 11 Oct .
Obtained embassy letter to do .
I’m hoping to get on a flight to HK on 7 th Oct if not cancelled.
I’ve noticed the remark under the stamp
To keep your stay permit re entry permit must be made before leaving Thailand .
As the stamp was given at Koh Samui and I have to fly from Bangkok,do I have to go back to Samui office before I leave .?
Many thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user, a UK citizen, is inquiring whether they need to return to Koh Samui to obtain a re-entry permit before leaving Thailand for Hong Kong on October 7, especially since their stay permit application is under consideration until October 11. The responses suggest that as long as the user exits Thailand before the permit's consideration date, they are likely not to encounter issues.
You do know you are very unlikely to obtain entry to Hong Kong as things stand? So if you don't leave on the 7th you'll need to be in Samui on the 11th
