Hi all,

Brief question ...

I Uk citizen , have an application of stay under consideration up to the 11 Oct .

Obtained embassy letter to do .

I’m hoping to get on a flight to HK on 7 th Oct if not cancelled.

I’ve noticed the remark under the stamp

To keep your stay permit re entry permit must be made before leaving Thailand .

As the stamp was given at Koh Samui  and I have to fly from Bangkok,do I have to go back to Samui office before I leave .?

You do know you are very unlikely to obtain entry to Hong Kong as things stand? So if you don't leave on the 7th you'll need to be in Samui on the 11th

So you have an under consideration stamp until the 11th but you are leaving the country on the 7th?

If that's the case you're good, just exit the country on or before that under consideration date and you won't have any problems
