Has any US business owner submitted their DTV application using their normal corporation documents without having them authenticated with the US embassy? Only due to time constraints I want to get my application in and I've read it could take months to have them all authenticated.

TLDR : Answer Summary
Several US business owners have successfully submitted their DTV applications using standard corporate documents without embassy authentication. One user mentioned they included a Schedule C and local city business tax form, alongside other supporting documents, and their application was approved in just 15 days. Others reinforced the importance of submitting tax returns and a letter from a company officer confirming remote work capabilities.

I submitted Schedule C and local city business tax form. Screenshot from website, CV, and remittances records. No corporate identity as Sole Proprietorship.

You should really submit a tax return showing your income and a letter stating you can work remotely signed by a company officer
