TLDR : Answer Summary
A traveler in Thailand is inquiring about the necessity of booking transportation for their Day 5 PCR test while staying in Phuket under the Test and Go scheme. According to comments from the community, it is not required to prove travel plans between days 1 and 5, and no specific transportation is needed for the Day 5 test.

No SHA plus transportation is required for day 5 test.

you have done that ?

It works just like I said above, you skip the day 5 test. Nobody is going to hunt you down and you will pay a small fine upon leaving. This is Thailand... laws are applied contextually and money is the motor that drives everything.

yes you do and you have to stay in room until you get results.

Was choatic before and day 5 test was confusing due to lack of guidelines by goverment.

You shouldnt be offering any advice that could get people arrested.

Cannot be bothered looking now but they specifically mentioned the tightening of rules for day 5 testing with test & go 2.0

No need to prove your travel plans between D1 and D5 for Thai Pass
