TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for a 60-day Tourist Visa (TR) in Thailand and participating in the Test and Go program, it is necessary to provide information about your accommodation. You should list your Test and Go hotel for the first night and can also add details about other places you plan to stay after that night. This practice has been confirmed by other travelers who reported no issues in obtaining their visas by providing additional accommodation information.

For my booking accommodation I put my test and go hotel, I did list a couple other hotels I plan at staying at figuring why not. No issue getting my visa.

It's asking for the hotel or address of the next place you're staying.
