TLDR : Answer Summary
If you are flying from London to Bangkok with a layover in Amsterdam, you do not need to obtain a fit to fly certificate, as it is treated similarly to a direct flight. However, be sure to check any local regulations that may apply to your transit in Amsterdam by consulting your airline.

It's exactly the same as taking a direct flight - see

website (with the addition of any local regulations pertaining to the transit nation - ask your airline about that).

so if I'm only in transit no need to showing fit to fly as I'm not getting out from the transit ?

same requirement as if you were on a direct flight to Thailand. If Thailand requires ABC, then you need to show ABC. I'm unsure about AMS (KLM I presume), but some airlines and some transit points may have additional requirements.
