Do I need to prove ongoing enrollment to extend my DTV in Thailand after completing my course?

DTV questions:

1) If I get a DTV under a soft education (cooking), when I renew/extend the visa after 6 months, do I have to still show that I am enrolled in classes for the extension to be approved?

2) Can I be denied for extensions if I finish the course?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The questions revolve around the DTV (Digital Nomad Visa) for educational purposes and whether ongoing enrollment is necessary for visa extensions. Comments suggest uncertainty surrounding the rules, particularly regarding extensions and the requirement of proof of continued studies after course completion. Some members recommend a border bounce as an alternative to extending within the country.

There is no renewal at 6 months.... it's a multiple entry visa so go in and out as many times as you wish for 5 years.

Extension - others have answered this.

Nobody knows yet, we suggest a border bounce to get another 180 day stamp instead of in country extension.

That is def what I would be doing until the lay of the land becomes clear. Take the opportunity of cheap regional flights and have a holiday in the region.

Nobody can answer that yet in the definitive. Will immigration want to see proof of ongoing study?
