Hi sorry if it is a stupid question? So we don't need to go to CW to any stamp in our passports if we are on tourist, or is there some stamp they give you to say under consideration. My date expired 22 April and I didn't go to CW should I go the 30 th April or only in July?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual is inquiring whether they need to visit the immigration office after their tourist visa expired on April 22nd, and if there are any stamps indicating their status. A response indicates that they likely have a standard 30-day extension due to COVID-19 regulations, allowing them to stay until July 31 without needing to go to the immigration office.

, Look at and READ your stamp :O It says 'extension of stay permitted until" and it has the word TOURIST stamped on it in english

That means you have a normal 30 day extension, you do not have an extension based on being "unable to travel due to covid-19" that you used an embassy letter to get and that would have an "under consideration stamp'.

So you do not need to do anything and you are covered on the near amnesty program that will let you stay not longer than the 31st of July without going to the immigration office
