A quick one, do you actually glue both pics to this form for the o visa in savannakhet? Or just hand in separate? Cheers

TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for the O visa in Savannakhet, you typically do not need to glue both pictures to the application form; the Thai consulate will handle that for you. Some users have reported handing in the pictures separately without any issues. However, if you prefer, you can have someone assist you with the application process for a small fee.

I think it is 100 or 150 baht and Tony puts your application in order and let's you know of any errors. Money well spent. Located across the street from the consulate.

an original Wedding Certificate to show and copy of:

front&back of the original marriage certificate (signed by both)

front&back of your thai wife's i/d card (signed by wife)

thai wife's house book listing (signed by wife)

data page of your passport (signed by yourself)

2 passport pictures.

I would say, you do not need to check if all 4 documents are there as you can not run home to get the missing parts on time any way.

You glue both pictures. Or let the guy do it for you across the street. Just give them what they want, and they're happy.
