Do I need to file a 90-day report if my permission to stay expired before my flight out of Thailand?

I already filed my 90 day report online. My next one is due 12 September. I noticed some advice in this group to file from 1st August.

I am scheduled on a flight back to Sydney on 15th August. My permission to stay expired 25 July. My reading of the situation in my case is I don't have to do anything just stamp out.

Kindly confirm I'm correct.

All dates are 2020. thank you for being a great group.

You are correct. You do not need to file a 90 day report if you are not here for 90 days non-stop.

The advice you are reading is for people who DID NOT file their 90 day report on time and took the amnesty instead of filing
