I have previously done my 90 day reporting by mail or in person. I have read through the 90 day report section in the popular post topics on this site but I am a little confused as to the window of time to do an online 90 day report. some posts seem to indicate that you can only submit a 90 day report online when you are between 15 to 7 days out from your due date. Other posts seem to indicate that you can do an online 90 day report right up to your due date. Can you please clarify what is the correct window of time

TLDR : Answer Summary
The correct time window for submitting an online 90 day report in Thailand is from 15 days before your due date up until your actual due date.

they changed the "window of opportunity" for when you can file a 90 day report online. It's in the example on the 90 day online program

It's from 15 days before down to your actual due date now for online submission

I did the online reporting last night using internet explorer on my laptop, after 8 unsuccessful attempts on chrome and in the app, on my phone. Still pending but as I have less than 7 days until my due date I was concerned thar I might have submitted it too late

nope you should be okay. Just check it thru out the day and see if it clicks over to approved because they don't always send you the email quickly

AND

Remember even if it's denied you can still file a 90 day report in person up to 7 days after your due date without any penalty :)

Good Luck with it
