TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about the 90-day reporting requirement for their Non-B visa while working in Phuket and expressed concern over missing a reporting date. Commenters clarified that she needs to report her address every 90 days and indicated a readiness to pay a fine for late reporting.

OP has an Extension of Stay based on working until nov 2020. She still works for the company, but forgot to do the 90 day inside Thailand report on 4 Jan 2020. She is going to make the report tomorrow and is prepared to pay the fine of 2.000 Thb for late reporting.
