Do I Have to Report Every 90 Days with a Non-B Visa in Thailand?

Hi there

I worked in phuket with

Non-B 1 year visa workpermit

Do i have to report every 90 days ?

Lest time that i perort is on 7, oct, 2019

And have to notify adress again on

04,jan,2020 and i forgot to report what

Should i do with and how much i have to pay and can i report via online!
