Do I need to convert my COVID extension to a long slip again if I'm still at the same hotel?

I'm doing my second covid extension tomorrow. The first time I did the covid extension they had me convert it to the long slip in my passport. I'm still at the same hotel, so do I or the hotel need to do anything or can I just skip this step this time?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the necessity of converting their COVID-19 visa extension to a long slip in their passport again since they are still residing at the same hotel. They mention their previous experience where this conversion was required, and comments suggest that a TM30 slip will be necessary as part of the process.

As part of your 'unable to travel due to covid' application, you will need to submit a copy of this TM30 slip.

What does this "long slip" say?

Oops, no coffee yet. I just re-read my comment and realised I completely forgot to mention it was the TM30 I was asking about.

Thanks as always Benjamin. I've been at the same address sine the last covid extension!

That's the TM30, which is completely separate from your extension of stay. As long as you did not spend the night at any other location, you should be fine.
