What should I do at immigration when I leave Thailand on a COVID extension by May 25, and is there a specific timeframe for my departure?

Hello, I am currently on the covid extension (until May 25). What is the process for when I leave Thailand? Is there anything I need to do at immigration or can I just go?

Also is there a window of time for me to leave or do I need to be out on or before May 25?

Thanks!

TLDR : Answer Summary
You do not need to perform any special procedures at immigration when leaving Thailand if you are on a COVID extension. You can simply leave without canceling your extension. However, make sure to exit the country by or before your extension ends on May 25, 2021.

You can apply for a further 60 day covid extension, if you wanted to stay longer. 1900b

There is no process to leave Thailand, and you do not need to cancel the 60 day extension of stay based on unable to travel due to COVID-19
