TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is planning a visa run from Thailand to Kuala Lumpur and is seeking clarification on whether they need to complete the Malaysia digital arrival card prior to their flight, as well as if they can purchase a one-way ticket since they are uncertain about their length of stay. Community comments confirm that the digital arrival card is needed and that Malaysia requires proof of exit travel, similar to Thailand's policies. Additionally, the user has already extended their stay in Thailand and now needs to activate a new E Tourist Visa after leaving.

These online arrival cards 72 hours hours before landing seem to be the new policy. The Philippines has the same requirement. It isn't too cumbersome but something to be aware
yes good that I realised that ,was looking at the official page of the embassy just in case...now not sure if they ask for onward ticket?I already have the E visa issued and my return flight to Europe in 30 days .The thing is that I'm not sure how many days I will want to stay in Kuala Lumpur ,depends of how much I will like it or not .
