TLDR : Answer Summary
The general consensus is that you do not need to certify or translate your UK pension letter when applying for a Non-O visa using the 65,000 Baht deposit method. Typically, a bank statement showing the required deposits suffices as proof of income. While there are rare instances where immigration offices may request additional proof of income's sources, certification of the pension letter is usually unnecessary.

You cannot use pension statements as proof of income with a UK passport, you need 800k in a Thai bank account for the first year then subsequently you can transfer to the 65k deposits method

Just need statements to show payments. Into your account. Ive never been asked for certification. Unless things have changed?

You shouldn't need a pension letter to use deposits. The bank statement is the proof of the income. There are a few scattered reports of immigration offices asking for proof of where the funds came from, and in that case you could show the pension letter. But normally it's not required, and would not need to be translated in either case.
