RE: Cancelling ED visa from abroad.

Background info:

I have left Thailand with a valid ED visa (with re-entry permit) but I need to re-enter on either a 30-day tourist exemption or a 60-day tourist visa - I don't yet know which, it isn't my decision and I'm waiting to be told.

My question is, do I need to cancel the ED visa? Can I cancel the ED visa from the UK? How?

I would really appreciate any helpful comments and advice 🙂 Thanks!

Summary so far

The user is seeking advice about whether they need to cancel their ED visa while abroad and how to do so from the UK, as they plan to re-enter Thailand using a different visa.
