TLDR : Answer Summary
The multiple entry privilege from your original OA visa has expired along with that visa. If you leave Thailand during your second year, you must purchase a re-entry permit to avoid losing your extended time. The cost is 1,000 baht for a single re-entry or 3,800 baht for multiple entries.

Nope the multiple entry part expired when the original visa expired (the sticker or the PDF print out)

So if you're going to leave the country on this "second FREE year" you need to buy a re-entry permit at the immigration office single 1000baht multiple 3800baht.

If you don't when you stamp out of the country you'll cancel this stamp and lose all that time.
