6 . Document indicating current location (e.g., valid visa, receipt(s)/proof(s) of payment of airline tickets or accommodation, etc.)

In this section. Is a valid visa sufficient? Can I attach a receipt from my previous hotel with dates from last week? My current hotel owner is unable to produce a receipt with all the names of my family members.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The original query raises the question of whether a valid visa is sufficient to indicate a person's current location in Thailand for documentation purposes. Community comments clarify that authorities are looking for proof of the individual's current presence in the country, indicating that a valid visa alone may not suffice. Recent receipts, entry stamps, or documentation that confirms current accommodations within Thailand are recommended.

I don't think a valid visa is enough as they need to check if you're still in the country.

They want to see where you are now. Not last week. They are checking you are still in country.
