Regarding the METV for Americans:

  I’ve read that you need to show proof of onward travel. So do I need proof of my “first” exit? 

  I’ll come and go a few times during the 6 month timeframe. Does each entry require proof of onward travel?

Doesn't matter if you're American or not you need to show a reason why you need an METV, so ticket in, ticket out and ticket back in again
