TLDR : Answer Summary
If you are staying in Thailand for only 26 days, you are not required to report your place of stay to immigration. The property owner is responsible for this. Since you do not plan on extending your stay or visiting immigration, you can leave the airport without any problems.

Technically you're not responsible for reporting where you stay at all. The property owner is the one responsible.

And since you have no plans to go to immigration then you don't need to be overly concerned if they're doing it or not. You'll not have any problems leaving at the airport.
