I've heard that you need your passport number printed on your vaccination records, is this right?

Coming from UK. If so how do you go about this? Thanks for the replys beforehand.

TLDR : Answer Summary
No, you do not need your passport number printed on your COVID-19 vaccination records for travel to Thailand from the UK. Many users confirmed that their vaccination history from the NHS website suffices without including the passport number.
