Do I need a QR code for proof of vaccination when I apply for the Thai Pass? In the US we are only given a paper card.

I got my vaccine at walmart back in April. The guy who gave me the shots said the only record would be the CDC card. Well James Miller mentioned something that prompted me to login to walmart. I could get a printed version of my vaccine shots with a QR code. Also, I could export it into a mobile app called CommonHealth (probably others if there is a common format for the file type).

Someone has posted on this group that he will get QR code off CDC website. Not sure if that’s possible.

Just submit what you have. It'll take longer than an application with a QR code because it has to be checked manually but it's acceptable.

I haven't done it. But Thailand had received more visitors from the US than anywhere else since Thailand Pass started. It works.Vahab ***********************
