Is there an expiration date for Thai pass? I may or not fly to Thailand in December, and since it may or not take some time to get the QR code approved, can I apply now, and if it gets approved, will it be valid at the end of Dec?
Also, I have 2 Pfizer vax in the US, so I have the CDC card, is that enough for proof of vax?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The Thai Pass does not have a strict expiration date; however, if your travel dates change significantly, you may need to reapply for it. It is recommended to submit your application closer to your intended travel date. Additionally, the CDC vaccination card is accepted as valid proof of vaccination for entry into Thailand.
Even with the visa exemption scheme, travelers still need to apply for a Thailand Pass (click here to register) in order to enter Thailand. This Visa is for tourism purposes only. This Visa is valid for 3 months from the date of issuance. Travelers must enter Thailand within the said 3-month period.
For 1 day Thailand Pass you have to upload your hotel booking and insurance for your stay plus your flight number and dates etc. the pass requires those things and more to get it. You can do a test run but don’t submit to see what it requires plus all the page uploads
