Hi Guys, we are going to apply the 30 days extension visa this week at immigration office, do we need outbound airplane ticket?

Also we just received TM30 registrations sheet from our landlord, do we need to do anything with it? when do we need to update it?

Thank you

TLDR : Answer Summary
The general consensus is that you do not need an outbound airplane ticket to apply for a 30-day visa extension. However, due to variances in enforcement among different immigration offices, it's advised to confirm directly with the office you plan to visit. Regarding the TM30 registration sheet received from your landlord, there are no immediate actions required, but it's important to check local regulations for any updates needed.

As the enforcement is not the same in every immigration office and they even update or change the enforcement, there is no way for us to keep an updated list with all of the 70 plus offices. Best is to visit the Immigration office in your area and ask them.
