Ok, so going to Penang for my second ED visa (Thai Language, Spanish passport) at the end of the month.

Is needed an online appointment at that Consulate, as in Kuala Lumpur? I cannot find the specific website... 

I'm addition, anything special I should know about that consulate? I have all paperwork, bank statements (home and thai), rental contract, I'm ready for the interview, etc...

I will update when I (hopefully) get my new visa 😉

sorry about that I mis-read. There is NO online appointment for Penang and they do NOT require a police background check.
