Hi all I am planning to visit the Penang consulate to obtain a SETV. Does anyone know if I need to fill in an online application and make an appointment? (Like Singapore) Or can I turn up during opening hours with a filled in form (like Yangon).
Many thanks in advance

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user inquired about the process for obtaining a SETV at the Penang consulate, specifically whether an online application and appointment are necessary. It was clarified in the comments that one can simply show up at the consulate, fill in an application form, and apply without a prior appointment.
Make sure your early. Penang has a defined limit of how many they serve a day. I believe it's 100 people. Out of that though, agents appear to have booking reservations.
Make certain you have no overstay stamps in your passport
