I thought I read where you need to make an appointment to renew your retirement visa?  I usually go and take my turn and hopefully obtain a multiple re-entry permit the same day which often takes hours but that is what I have been doing for a few years.  I cannot find the post about making an appointment so just checking - THANK YOU!

You don't NEED to make an appointment BUT you can. (if you can get the program to work).

The good news is there are hardly any people at the immigration offices any more and you should be able to get a re-entry permit pretty fast even without an appointment.
