Update: thanks to ChatGPT it suggested I use the airport's address. However, it looks like my transit visa won't come in time. I booked a backup flight just in case. Huge waste of money ๐คข Let this be a lesson to anyone with a connecting flight through DEL! Get a transit visa well in advance just in case! ๐ฃ
Help needed: I'm flying to BKK through India DEL-- and just learned I need a Transit Visa to transfer flights in India. The Indian government's evisa form is super confusing. Anyone know what to enter under "Reference"? I don't have anyone's contact info to put down here ๐

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking help regarding transit visa requirements for flying from India (specifically Delhi) to Bangkok. They learned late that a transit visa is necessary and expressed frustration over their situation, particularly about needing to deal with a confusing eVisa application form. There are comments from others who have transited through Delhi and did not require a visa, suggesting that the requirements may vary based on nationality.

unfortunately it seems I have to leave the "transit area" (where I can avoid getting a transit visa, i believe) to get to my connecting flight. So I think I need the transit visa still. Anyone else have to do this?
Yes, that is your problem. You basically have to enter India, pick up you r luggage, then check-in newly. Which is why buying these Kiwi things is often not very smart. Also when flight times of the first flight are changed or there is a delay, you are screwed
